1-on-1 English Coaching with Shanna M. helps learners improve English for real-life conversations, work, healthcare, exams, interviews, and daily communication. Lessons are personalized, interactive, and goal-focused, with speaking practice, vocabulary building, pronunciation support, grammar correction, role-play, and clear feedback. Shanna brings 13+ years of teaching experience and specializes in Business English, Medical English, Conversational English, IELTS, OET, TOEFL, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and confidence-building. These lessons are designed for students, professionals, healthcare workers, exam takers, and English learners who want to speak more clearly and confidently.
Cancellation Policy
1-on-1 English Coaching sessions are personalized online lessons designed to help students improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, confidence, Business English, Medical English, test preparation, job interview English, and real-life communication. Please book a time that works for your schedule and arrive on time for your lesson. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your session. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 12 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund or makeup lesson. If a student misses a scheduled lesson without notice, the session may be counted as completed. This helps protect the tutor’s time and keeps the schedule available for other learners. For technical issues, please contact 1313 English Lab as soon as possible. We will review the situation and help find the best next step when appropriate.
